Pitchline has various general conventional workshop equipment including drill presses, hydraulic presses, manual lathes, saws, vibro-polisher, broaching machines among others. We outsource various specialised activities to selected preferred suppliers to offer our Customers complete turnkey machining solutions.

Questions
What conventional equipment do you have?
Manual lathes, drill presses, hydraulic presses, saws, a vibro-polisher and broaching machines, among other general workshop equipment.
When is manual work better than CNC?
For one-off repairs, modifications, simple secondary operations and small adjustments, setting up a manual machine is quicker and cheaper than programming a CNC.
Can you broach a keyway?
Yes — broaching keyways and splines is one of the operations we do in-house, often to finish gears or pulleys we have machined.
Do you outsource anything?
We outsource selected specialised activities, such as certain treatments and coatings, to preferred suppliers so we can offer a complete turnkey machining solution.
Can you repair or modify an existing part?
Send it in with a description of what is needed. Between our conventional and CNC departments, most repairs and modifications can be handled here.
