CNC Milling
Milling produces the flat faces, slots, pockets, bores and hole patterns that turning cannot. Our machining capabilities include:

- Maximum workpiece size: 1000mm x 500mm x 400mm
- Optimized productivity: 3 machines are palletized for enhanced efficiency
- Advanced precision: 4 machines feature dedicated CNC rotary tables

CNC milling questions
How big a part can you mill?
Workpieces up to 1000mm x 500mm x 400mm across our five CNC milling machines.
Can you machine more than one face in a setup?
Yes. Four of the machines have dedicated CNC rotary tables, which lets us index a part and machine multiple faces without re-clamping it and losing accuracy.
Are you set up for production quantities?
Three of the five machines are palletized, so one part is being cut while the next is being loaded. That keeps repeat batches efficient and priced sensibly.
What kinds of parts do you mill?
Housings, brackets, manifolds, plates, base frames, jig and fixture components, mould and die blocks, and machined castings.
Can you mill and turn the same component?
Yes — CNC turning, grinding, gear cutting and conventional work all happen in the same factory in Pinetown.
