CNC Turning
- We have a line of 14 Lathes (including 2 Mill Turns)
- Our maximum diameter (Ø) of 310mm means that we can accommodate large and small work loads.
- With a maximum run length of up to 1m, assisting with our ability to do large, custom work at varying lengths.
- Our production line boasts 12 lathes that are equipped with automatic Barfeeders ensuring high speed production and accuracy throughout the process.
CNC Milling
Our machining capabilities include:
- 5 CNC milling machines
- Maximum workpiece size: 1000mm x 500mm x 400mm
- Optimized productivity: 3 machines are palletized for enhanced efficiency
- Advanced precision: 4 machines feature dedicated CNC rotary tables

Rubber Molding
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to ensure high-quality rubber molding and preparation processes. We utilize:
- 5 Vacuum Compression Molding Machines, designed for precision molding with reduced air entrapment, ensuring superior product quality.
- 4 Standard Compression Molding Machines, ideal for producing durable and high-strength rubber components.
- 3 Rubber Extruders, dedicated to the preparation of rubber materials, ensuring consistency and optimal performance in the molding process.
This advanced equipment allows us to meet a wide range of production needs while maintaining efficiency and quality control.
Gear Cutting Services
We offer precision gear cutting with advanced machinery to meet your specific requirements. Our capabilities include:
- Gear Hobbing: Equipped with 2 gear hobbing machines capable of cutting both spur and helical gears with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Gear Shaping: Utilizing 3 gear shaping machines designed specifically for producing high-quality spur gears.
To ensure the availability of the appropriate cutter for your project, please provide details regarding the required Module or Diametral Pitch (DP). Our team will be happy to assist you in selecting the best tooling for your needs.
