Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to ensure high-quality rubber molding and preparation processes. We utilize:
- 5 Vacuum Compression Molding Machines, designed for precision molding with reduced air entrapment, ensuring superior product quality.
- 4 Standard Compression Molding Machines, ideal for producing durable and high-strength rubber components.
- 3 Rubber Extruders, dedicated to the preparation of rubber materials, ensuring consistency and optimal performance in the molding process.
This advanced equipment allows us to meet a wide range of production needs while maintaining efficiency and quality control.

What rubber parts do you mould?
Seals, O-rings, gaskets, diaphragms, bushes, bobbins, mountings, pads, rollers and extruded profiles — including the rubber components in our air brake repair kits.
Why vacuum compression moulding?
Vacuum moulding reduces trapped air in the cavity, which means fewer voids and a cleaner, stronger moulded part. Five of our presses are vacuum type.
Do you make your own moulds?
Yes. Our CNC milling, turning and grinding departments produce the tooling, so mould making and moulding happen in the same factory.
Can you bond rubber to a metal insert?
Rubber-to-metal components are exactly the kind of work our combined machining and moulding departments suit. Send the drawing or sample and we will confirm what is possible.
Can you match an existing rubber part?
Send a sample. We will look at the profile, dimensions and duty, then advise on a compound and hardness before quoting.
